Registration Rates and Hours
Early bird registration ends on Friday, July 19, 2024 at 11:59PM EDT. All registration rates are in USD. AFS members can save up to $200 on registration rates. Members must login to their AFS accounts to receive discounted rates. All presenters are required to register for the meeting. **ATTENTION LIFE MEMBERS: If you are a LIFE member but are retired and would like to register at the RETIRED member rate, please contact us.
***Guest registration includes evening networking events, including admission to the Opening Networking Event, Closing Grand Networking Event, and access to the trade show exhibits and networking event. This does not include access to any of the plenaries or presentations.
Refund Policy
All cancellation requests received on or before July 19, 2024 will be issued a refund. No refunds will be given thereafter. Requests for registration cancellation must be submitted in writing via email.
If you are not able to attend one or more sessions, AFS will not prorate or refund any part of your registration fee. Substitute attendees will be permitted. Substitution requests must be in writing via email no later than 7 days prior to the event start.
