AFS has secured meeting space for attendees during the 2024 AFS Annual Meeting. If you’d like to secure a meeting room, please complete the form below and follow the instructions below.

The contact person will be responsible for providing accurate information, conveying changes in group size, etc. A cell phone number of the primary contact is necessary for notification of any last-minute changes. Available time slots will be limited, so if you’d like to use convention center meeting rooms secured by AFS, please submit your requests as soon as possible.

Including detailed information about your meeting is important because this information will be used to post (and where applicable, advertise) your meeting on the conference website for others to see.
